id rather build my own engine straight from a bare block i dont like turn key crate motors i could make that power with a dart 400 short block just my opinion...

yeah the ZZ 572 is a fucking BAD ASS motor making like 650+hp right out of the box. I want one so bad for my 85 Z28 project car. But I am going to have to wait for now.

Yeah but you will need to change out the motor mounts for sure since they were made to fit small block motors. Also you will need sub frame connectors and you will have to cut out the wheel wells too. I went with an LSX 454 instead of the 572. It will fit but it will be a REALLY tight squeeze. You would be better off going with a 383 TT r something similar. I will have vids posted soon.

yeah i've got a buddy thats got a 81 camaro with a 355 (350 bored out alittle) but hes got a 527 motor that he might put in it but we couldn't tell with out setting the motor in. so thanks and we'll defenetly be putting in the 527 or a 454 or some big block and get some videos up

yeah those are 2 badass motors you will be happy either way. I LOVE my LSX454 I bought it from a friend used so I didn't spend quite as much on it and it was the best decision I ever made. It hasn't been modded at all and it was running 10.80's in a 2nd gen camaro.

I had to take out the firewall and run electric fans as well. Just make sure you get some stout motor mounts otherwise it will rip right off of them with all that TQ. And you will for sure need a cowl hood or a high rise hood scoop because the stock hood won't clear.
