The English language has no word for G-d, g-d can mean anything in the English language, Goddess, or Gods, it can be plural or feminine in English, which can be corrupted depending on how it's used. Does it make sense, well it all depends on how one looks at it.
The Jews are not the only one who made this change,(G-d) some other religious communiteis have made this change as well, and it is not because of the same reason. The word God in the english langauge is corrupted, if you turned it backward it be "Dog" which some believe is disrespectful to God.
I think I am in love with this channel.

@akiel5 You don't think it makes sense that the opposite of a god is a dog?
