  • Are u sure that was an adult shark cuz i herd they get 1 ft. I hope they do ir else my red tail catfish will screw it over. Im hoping it will grow at the same rate

  • lol theres a kid in the backround! :D

  • i like your fishes! <3 i have one of them too!

  • @katify1

Unfortunally this is none of my personal tanks. This is a video of a zoo near my hometown. But i like those fishes, too. Especially in such a big tank.

  • you know today just then i found out one of my balas got its fin bitten of by my gourami i geuss but its doing fine its swims normel too. i geuss that was when they were squished up in a 10 gallon but theres no signs of infections and stuff

  • @jetmea

I cannot believe a gourami should have done that. :S

If the root of the fin isn't wounded it will regrow.

May it get well soon! :S

  • @n03lzz nup its all gone might but u think it will survive

  • i have a bala shark and its not growing, i see it eating but it stayed the same size for almost 3 months now

  • @deebomb1234:

    Didn't you had two?

Well, can you make a video of it? Does it look well-fed?

  • one of them died unfortunately and the other one seems fine when i feed my fish i see him eating alot but it looks the same size since the day i got it. it eats the flakes i put it and the shrimp pellets and sometimes i drop in some blood worms

  • @deebomb1234:

Yes, ok... the thing is: If i'd be able to see your fish and it's body shape, i'd be maybe able to tell you if it's well-fed and just small, or if something else might be wrong with it. Do you know what i mean?

  • ya sure ill make a video of it and ill tell you when i do

  • @deebomb1234:

    Ok, do that.

  • i had two bala sharks they was fine but when one died the other one went crazy and was always scared , i had to give him away cos he was getting to big

  • Yes, they grow very fast and very big.

  • That kissing gourami looks slightly different. It looks longer rather than higher backed. But its different in a good way

  • All old ones that i've seen looked that way. I think they change their appearance when they grow up. From higher backed to that longer shape.

  • cool bala sharks i got a couple aswell

  • There is only the problem that those fish don't live in couples, they need bigger groups.

  • Habe auch 3 küssende guramis sind echt interessante fische ;-)

  • Ja, da kann ich dir nur zustimmen.

  • i got a 55 gallon tank with 2 ballas will it hold em lol how big do they get

  • They reach 40cm (15.7 inch) easiely after 4 years in a proper tank. That means: The tank has to be 10 times longer than the biggest fish in it.

A 55 gallon ist definitely too small !!!

  • the pet store guy told me it would be ok if you have only two and nothing else but i dont know

  • As all barbs they love to live in a bigger group, They aren't schooling fish but the need a group. Those fish grow fast and huge and a group of at least 7 is recommend!

  • wieso komm ich eigentlich immer bei deinen videos vorbei;)^^

  • Ich hoffe weil sie dir gefallen ;)

  • das tuen sie ;) mein fav.vid ist das mt dem edelkrebsen;)

  • i saw a little girl running! behind~!@

  • It's a real little Mermaid ;)
