theres the DFP, DFGT, G25 and the new Fanatec wheels, you need 900 degrees of rotation, its harder but more practical

Tts better to use manual, why? because with an underpowered car you need to keep the revs up in order to keep drifting, especially when using some good tires on 4 wheels...such as n3 or s1, and with an overpowered car you might wanna use the 5th gear instead of the 4th for drifting, just like i did at the beggining of this vid, you have way more control with manual transmission. I dont recommend drifting automatic.

and this games scoring dosent really fude speed and angle, seems like it only cares for lines.

its fucked up man but its a little bit like real life drift competition, you need to follow the exact line they tell you to, but the thing i hate is that i have a 900 degree rotation wheel to play and its hard and i compete against people using joysticks and buttons :S sigh, i wish there was real judges cause yeah sometimes youl do that crazy nice drift and wont get rewarded

i would love 2 but in GT5 you can only do races online it sucks...I know we can try hooking up on suzuka but you would need to telle me when exactly and to tell me what car/tires you use

the only way you can learn the technique is if you practice, but you need to practice with the right car, on the right track, with a steering wheel controller like the G25 from logitech, I recommend the most lightest and low powered FR car, such has the suzuki cappuccino tuned or the tvr tamora with less horsepower but less weight also with N2 tires, 50 steering angle, might wanna stiffen the suspensions, and i recommend the mountain circuit, Eiger Nordwand
