yeah i know that but there were a bunch of soul reapers like kaien shiba and a group from the 9th squad that just disappeared when searching for the lost shinigami. I think that the people who went missing before the vizards became arrancars since they are half hollow and half shinigami.

Uh...no they aren't the Vizards are the first Hollowfication test subjects he worked on, thats what Shinji and his group are.
