I take the fast release...the slow release had me sick as a dog! My stomach was hurting and it felt like I wanted to up-chuck. It did the same to my girlfriend...I am glad I saw this vid to tell you that it is the slow release...switch to the small yellow one only...your stomach won't hurt.
