The bow is called perfect bow of madness. You can get this by finding madness ore along your travels. After you get one, watch my duplication glitch video. After you get enough ore you go to the smith in crucible. She will make armor, arrows, and weapons for you as long as you have the ore. Good Luck

First you have to download shivering isles or buy oblivion game of the year edition. When you get to shivering isles you need to walk around a bit. If you walk around a bit or do the main quest for shivering isles you will come across these big white shards called obelisk. There you will see these mages wearing these robes. Kill them and take the robes.

First you have to be at least level 20. You alsoneed a spare daedra heart. Go to Boethia's shrine which is in the Valus mountains east of Reed River. Do the quest and you get the sword. Good Luck
