I didn't see any in the demo..all it let me do was create the body kit I wanted, create the rims I wanted and alter the spoiler they had chosen and choose the color of the car..I'm not saying it won't have neons..it more then likely will since all the other games have held true to that...I see no reason for them stopping nos.
I played the demo...hint of advice, in the canyon duels use a 4WD car..the ride will be much easier :0)...the drift kind of feels like the "Fast & Furious type control to it..but that's just my opinion..and the circuits seemed to have become better, the customizations you can do are awesome...but you will all see when it comes out :0)

Got my one from official playstation 2 magazine. The mag with playable demos. You must have the equivalent or similar mag where you live.

lol did u listen? yes there are cops in the game. It sez at the bit when u use ur team mates to distract the police etc.

Yeah there are cops. There is even a mode for multi that if you get caught by a cop, you will become one. (Or somethiing like that.)
