You're an idiot. He didn't underthrow his receiver. He threw it to a spot in the field where it couldn't be intercepted, but could be caught by the WR. If he would have thrown it in front of him it would have been contested by the DB and much more likely to be an incomplete pass.
And if that's bad tackling, it seems Todd Reesing brings out the worst tackling in opposing teams. Your Tigers couldn't seem to tackle him very well last month.
