@DeiIno4ever Well, in Konoha, she is the best ninja in her age group. The writer even said so himself, her stats are higher than Ino's, Tenten's, and Hinata's. Chiyo did help Sakura dodge attacks, Sakura didn't really need her help with that. Chiyo also would've died without Sakura, they share an equal significance to the battle. She's skilled without jutsu. Imagine her WITH nin/genjutsu. It would only add to her brute strength, medical skills, and sharp intelligence. Well rounded ninja indeed.
