great video, glad to see you made it, hopefully you didn't sleep as much while riding on the way home. I woke you up when i passed you just out of white horse, and we took pics of each other on the road near the giant igloo looking thing in Denali Park. I was on black pearl (gray) road glide
Awesome Brother!! Congratulations!! I loved hearing and seeing some of what you experienced, I rode 5200 miles in 08 on a 14 day ride around the country to see what I haven't seen and it was breathtaking...gonna do another in 11...thank you!!
I am so excited to see this! My Dad is the first guy to be interviewed, Mark from Arkansas, said he would've done this challenge for a cup of coffee! He finished in the top 10 of the Hoka Hey...and he did it by the book with integrity! Only around 50 out of a 1000 riders finished honestly and weren't disqualified for cheating!
@Mechelle3419 I spent time with your dad on the road. You should be real proud of him, he is a man among men. I enjoyed meeting him very much, give him my best!
@thesourcemag Thanks Chris! There isn't a word that describes how proud I am of him! I will pass along your comment. He will be doing this again next year. San Fransisco to Nova Scotia I believe? Thanks again for sharing your journey!
you rock man! thanks for taking me on a little piece of your journey! i made friends with the guy talking about dust storm and the cattle here in Homer. he invited my friend and i to the rally and we had an incredible time. everyone that made that challenge embodied everything i've ever respected about life, the road, nature, and being free! Hoka Hey Baby!!!
