I was a bit disappointed in Crying Wolf. All I did was hide under the vehicle, pull out the SVD and take out a few of her "scouts". She would eventually pop up directly in front of you in the wooded area IN PLAIN SIGHT! With the night-vision on to see when she exposed herself, it was pot-shot city until she was done. Easiest boss fight in Metal Gear Solid history. :( Sista was hot as hell, though!

the boss battle isnt so hard but long sometimes having to hide and look for her i just used the m82a2 that big sniper it only took about 4-5 shots to take her down

@fr3d1304 Same here. I just hid under that truck at the beginning of the battle and HS'd her whenever she stopped in within sight. Took a really long time, but I ended up with zero item loss and zero alerts.

there is also a tank someone on that map that you can prone under. if you do that, its easy to kill any PMC troops, and wolf will have a hard time getting you out.

This boss is so fucking annoying if you're going for No Alerts or No Kills. The FROGS won't stay asleep for too long, so when I turn a corner a FROG with a 5x7 or a machete is right there.

I just would hide under the tank and wait for the wolf to appear while sniping on the minions... It was kind of a boring boss fight for me because of that though, but a pretty easy one.

@Eichro That's what I did. You take minimal damage even when she shakes the tank. Just hide under the tank, snipe all her minions, then use an anti-tank rocket launcher to fight her. Pretty easy.

This IS the hardest B&B battle. If you were playing on Extreme Emblem (as in, trying to get a big boss run) you would never survive with this strategy. That little jump move at 5:07 wastes about 90% of your health.

a really quick way to beat wolf is to sneak up on her, throw a smoke grenade in front of her, and then throw 3 stun grenades at her, then throw another smoke grenade, followed by 3 more stun grenades. You can kill raven in like 30 seconds.

If you kill the FROGS they respawn really quickly,so its better if you tranq them and sneak around, getting spotted isnt a really good idea

Yes, and no...same type of gun, but a diff gun alltogether. it's ironic..at this point, you are going in to stop vamp from getting a Rail Gun, and wind up staring down the barrel of one regardless...
