What the hell are u talking about man.. i have this and its a great kamera, good pix,ok for video, and all of the scn thing also works.. not sure if u know what u are talking about here man, u are correck on one thing thou: the battery are a litte short..
Other then that, this is just a incorrect review.

Besides battery life and heaviness... V550 takes clear pix even in really really dark places, maybe your camera is broken.

The best camera to buy is the Canon PowerShot SD (600 or so). I have an older model - 5mp SD400, and it is just superb!! Love it!

10mb for 1 minute of video is superior. Try that with a Canon or Nikon. It's 64mb for 1 minute of video.

My only problem of new camera Olympus FE-190 is it takes QuickTime and I can't convert its films isn't compatible with Windows Media.

In order to convert QuickTime videos uou should try Xilisoft converter. It pretty much, converts everything to everything.
