Ah ,heroin is such a peaceful drug.I was also at this gig-Lou was so bombed he stumbled into a lighting stand and nearly brought the whole thing down ,wonderful night.I had to wait a while and see him again in Dublin in maybe 2002,a long wait

I was at this gig, front and centre. Little known incident, surfer dude smoking a joint right under Lou on the mic, Lou tells him to put it out, dude refuses, Lou (wearing Doc Marten hobnail boots) kicks dude in the face, knocking him unconscious. Security walks up and carries dude off, concert continues...ah, the 70s.....
