Hello there! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my cousin lost a lot of weight with it.
Will this like replace one training session in gym if you do this regularly, like it only takes around ten minutes. The main question is if you do around 20 minutes hard workout is it better than not so hard workout for about one hour?
@69hullumies it depends what type of a body you want .... this will give you a lean look and if you are novice will defiantly leave your core quite sore but you are sacrificing endurance and body mass that you would get at a gym.

@drewlwsn That means it worked, because you tore your muscles a bit, and evne though that sounds bad, its a good thing. They'll start repairing while you rest, getting bigger than before as they rebuild.

@SillyDuck2 Sorry I went off buddy. It's just that to look shredded like he does, you have to have a particularly low body fat percentage. A loss in fat is observed across the whole body through cardio and nutrition. Therefore, it isn't possible to be shredded in one part of the abdomen and not in another, unless you've somehow managed to drastically underdevelop one aspect of the core, which is very unlikely for a pro trainer like this guy.
oh no problem, its kool. well what if someone dieted and only did planks or leg raises (targets front of core, rather than the side). that'd prob develop the front and not develop the side?
@SillyDuck2 But a plank develops the whole core, even lower back. Anyway, you wouldn't be buff like him if you dieted down because you'd be depriving your muscles of nutrients, proteins, etc. Very difficult to target a specific muscle without at least partially activating nearby muscles, particularly in the core which supports and is engaged in almost every movement.
@ATOK2 I think you could borrow ideas from older, more traditional bodyweight workout routines to start at a lighter level. For example - when doing clock pushups, go just halfway or even a quarter-way round at first; do fewer reps on mule kicks; and, if you get totally out of breath just partway through, stop doing the circuit and walk in place (but keep moving!) till you are not so winded and can finish up. The important thing is to stretch yourself just a little, & then keep progressing.

For example - when doing clock pushups, go just halfway or even a quarter-way round at first; do fewer reps on mule kicks; and, if you get totally out of breath just partway through, stop doing the circuit and walk in place (but keep moving!) till you are not so winded and can finish up. The important thing is to stretch yourself just a little, & then keep progressing.

jeff , how would the athlean x program work for a 17 year old looking to build mass and improve speed? i have done weights etc before and sport for a long time but i relly want to make this summer before college as productive as i can. ( cant go out anyway , still 17 )
