A zygote consists of 46 chromosomes, its a living thing yes, that is what most pro-choice people get confused it is a living thing, but so are all the cells in our bodies. But it is not a person, its a potential person. So a zygote which isn't a person, does not have human rights. A zygote or a fetus, is not an independent thing, it can't live with out the women who is carrying it.
And so you see, since the zygote, or fetus is only dependent on the women, the individual, it does not deserve human rights, since its feeding off the individual, the women.
Now some pro choice people also get it wrong when they say a fetus does not have human rights. A fetus or zygote, does have human rights until its existence interferes with the life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness of the individual who is bearing the zygote.
If it takes away those rights of the individual, the individual, who is the only person keeping the zygote from becoming a full human person or not becoming a full human person, the individual should have the right to terminate the zygote, because the zygote is not a person, its in the process of being one, and the only thing that makes it become a full person, is the full person who is carrying it.
What woman says..."I'm pregnant with a zygote."?? A zygote is the fusion of 2 haploid cells at fertilization. Zygote---->Embryo---->Feotus.
You speak of the "rights" of individuals. No father can save a female from terminating the beating heart of his child. He is an individual with absolutely no rights. Abortion has existed and goes back all the way too ancient times, this is not a new practice. In fact the original abortionists were religious people, isn't that a shocking fact, look up and research the history of Abortion and religion, and you will see that people who originally practiced abortion were religious people. Now they are all against it. Abortion has not been founded on Eugenics and racism since abortion has been around since ancient times.

Based on the fact that a feotus is an individual, & a human being; If it is logical to believe that killing an innocent human being is wrong, than wouldn't it be logical to believe that abortion is wrong also?
You know what the original goal of abortion & birth control was. This goal has been met & nothing has changed. If the original plan was advertised as is, would as many women seek abortion?? Women have been manipulated and all it took was saying that its their "right".

Abortionists and Abortion's goals were not founded and made to be racist. People who studied Eugenics were racist and thought blacks and anyone not white is inferior. This is not abortion this is Eugenics, and even back then there were Eugenicists who weren't racist and believed in a superior race. Abortion is also not murder because a fetus is not a person, its a potential person. A zygote consists of 46 chromosomes, its a living thing yes, that is what most pro-choice people get confused it is a living thing, but so are all the cells in our bodies. But it is not a person, its a potential person. So a zygote which isn't a person, does not have human rights. A zygote or a fetus, is not an independent thing, it can't live with out the women who is carrying it.

And so you see, since the zygote, or fetus is only dependent on the women, the individual, it does not deserve human rights, since its feeding off the individual, the women.
Now some pro choice people also get it wrong when they say a fetus does not have human rights. A fetus or zygote, does have human rights until its existence interferes with the life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness of the individual who is bearing the zygote.

If it takes away those rights of the individual, the individual, who is the only person keeping the zygote from becoming a full human person or not becoming a full human person, the individual should have the right to terminate the zygote, because the zygote is not a person, its in the process of being one, and the only thing that makes it become a full person, is the full person who is carrying it.

What woman says..."I'm pregnant with a zygote."?? A zygote is the fusion of 2 haploid cells at fertilization. Zygote---->Embryo---->Feotus.
You speak of the "rights" of individuals. No father can save a female from terminating the beating heart of his child. He is an individual with absolutely no rights. In the case of an abortion the individual being carried has absolutely no right to live. The most dangerous place for black children is in their mother's womb.

Here is the definition of a fetus (I got this from a medical book)
Fetus: The unborn offspring from the end of the 8th week after conception (when the major structures have formed) until birth. Up until the eighth week, the developing offspring is called an embryo.
What is the second word of the definition, UNBORN, it does not matter what a women says, of course no one would say I am pregnant with a Zygote, but people who want to get pregant say they are pregnant

But now we are talking about english, and language and that differs from science, scientifically, it is not a person, it is a potential person. And again, I understand the troubles and the genocide that people were trying to put on blacks, but abortion has been going on since ancient times and it started by religious people and religious groups. The private right for a mother to kill her child is not freedom...that sounds like the crap people do in 3 world countries when their kids turn gay. There is no logical justification for abortion, other than medical emergence of the mother, for a woman to have the right to abort her baby. Abortion takes away from an innocent individuals right to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. A full human person begins its existence at conception.

It is not her child if she does not want it, the zygote, is living off of the individual, the living person is the only way that the zygote, is becoming a full person or not, so when you take the rights away from the individual person you are taking away freedom, because you are giving the freedom to the thing that is not even a person.

Webster's Dictionary lists a person as "being an individual or existing as an indivisible whole; existing as a distinct entity." Anti-abortionists claim that each new fertilized zygote is already a new person because its DNA is uniquely different than anyone else's. In other words, if you're human, you must be a person.

Of course we've already seen that a simple hair follicle is just as human as a single-cell zygote, and, that unique DNA doesn't make the difference since two twins are not one person. It's quite obvious, then, that something else must occur to make one human being different from another. There must be something else that happens to change a DNA-patterned body into a distinct person. (Or in the case of twins, two identically DNA-patterned bodies into two distinct persons.)

There is, and most people inherently know it, but they have trouble verbalizing it for one very specific reason.
The defining mark between something that is human and someone who is a person is 'consciousness.' It is the self-aware quality of consciousness that makes us uniquely different from others. This self-awareness, this sentient consciousness is also what separates us from every other animal life form on the planet.

A person's ability to be aware of themselves is not a quality that MAKES them human. Birds, reptiles, fish, insects...they are aware of themselves but biologically we understand that they are not persons. A fetus is a living being therefore it must be a human or animal, any other exception, it must be a machine or matter. An animal is never partially an animal & a machine is never partially a machine. A machine may vary in complexity and size, nonetheless its still a machine.

We think about ourselves. We use language to describe ourselves. We are aware of ourselves as a part of the greater whole.
The problem is that consciousness normally doesn't occur until months, even years, after a baby is born. This creates a moral dilemma for the defender of abortion rights. Indeed, they inherently know what makes a human into a person, but they are also aware such individual personhood doesn't occur until well after birth.

If you can gain the qualifications to become a "full person" you can lose it. You leave the door open for people to lose qualifications to be human. This is disturbing. The people you exclude as "full persons" include, those who have had devistating strokes, server dementia and Alzheimer's and can not communicate or verbalize their needs or wants.

Anti-abortionists use this perceived problem in an attempt to prove their point. In a debate, a Pro Choice defender will rightly state that the difference between a fetus and a full-term human being is that the fetus isn't a person.

I already gave you an answer, a fetus is a partial person because its a partial person, its like saying a flower is a flower when you have just the seed in the ground.Its not a flower, its a seed that will become a flower. You still have not presented to me a clear, unambiguous definition of what a person is that does not exclude exsisting persons. This is a problem that you need to sort out before you can move a head in your argument.

I know and people know through biology and science, that is the whole point, when studying humans and the life of the born and unborn, we know all about it, that is how we know a person is a person and a potential person is a potential person. Any legitimate biologist can tell you that, majority of all biologist and scientists will tell you that.
And I truly have I feel presented a clear definition, it will come down to if you are pro-life or pro-choice

I gave you my answer, consciousness is what describes an individual person, and I am not talking about sickness or brain injuries, I am talking about we all have and originally had a state of conscious, however everyone including the people who later on get Alzheimer's or a brain injury, when they were in the womb they had no conscious, and they were only living because they were feeding off of the living person.You are giving the rights away from a person to give to a non person

But many of these things have more DNA and cells then the actual Fetus. We know we have no memory of self-awareness before our first birthday, or even before our second. You should be prepared to defend your cause & persuasion. I wanted you to explain to me why come a human fetus is not a person. I didn't ask you if you preferred dark or milk chocolate. What makes a human fetus a partial person and not "3/5 of a person. It wasn't too long ago when ppl were arguing if like myself should be 3/5 of a person or a "full person".
Most PC can't tell ya straight what they believe mean while babies die. If you err, don't err on the side of death.

It is not a person, it is a potential person, it is in the process of becoming a person, and its process is only maintained by the individual that choses to carry it or not. But they are wrong. Their "logic" is greatly flawed. Just because someone is afraid to speak the truth doesn't make it any less true.

Biologically speaking, there is no logical reason why a fetus should not have personhood. Something s are hard to elegantly verbalize b/c it just seems too logical that a fetus is an individual and personhood belongs to all individuals. Abortionist in general, no longer argue that a fetus is not a person. If you go to abortion clinic sites, the fetus is referred to as "baby" "he", "she". Most if not all abortionist do not deny personhood to fetuses.

So we are all formed in the same way, regardless of different DNA strands, every living organism, including our own cells in our body and germs and plants and our hairs, on our own body, all have seperate DNA,so why not make all of that illegal also, because after all, since they all have different DNA they must be living things, so lets ban abortion because of those reasons,oh well that means we can't cut down trees, take crops, take medicine to kill germs because all are living

If you want to discuss whether or not a fetus is a human then DNA would be relevant but DNA has nothing to if a person is or isn't a "full person" b/c the simple fact that something has DNA in itself is not a marker for what is human and isn't human, its its instructions, of course. DNA is the instruction manual that maps out the developmental & functional process. A "full person" must have these instructions at conception. In this sense, DNA has no bearing on what is a person.

Traits, personalities, control (they suck their thumbs...this is for the practice of a mechanism they will use latter that is instilled in their DNA for survival at conception). I do believe that a fetus has some level of consciousness b/c their brains & nervous system is constantly being complexed over time, so its not like they are a box of nothing up there.
Pregnant women share hormones w/ their unborn, so when the mom is happy, often this emotion is transfered to the fetus.

Again you are getting confused with biology and the english language, when a person says they don't want to have this baby, that is the proper way to say it, scientifically its is technically not a baby or a person. And there for does not get the rights of the actual living, Abortionists still argue about a fetus not being a person, so I don't know what your talking about because they still argue about that and say it is not a person.
