its good that he is using MDF... i make mine with 3/4" mdf little extreme but helps with vibrations... which lose bass and power...

Great Work.... To take this box to the NEXT level, Copy the whole works on fiberglass and make a VEry Lightweight Unit.... Fill with Baso Foam and outsound the MDF 3 to 1 ... with a 10th the weight!......... Very nice Non wavy boxes... I like

The Glass Mat is on the inside to reduce sanding and detail work. I keep getting comments about not seeing fiberglass. If you look at 0:45 here you can see it after I glass the inside.
