We realize the brooms look silly. We want it that way. Same with the snitch being a guy dressed in all yellow with a tennis ball in a sock tucked into his butt. We take this sport seriously, but not TOO seriously. It's all fun.

Someone must write a book of rules for this game. Otherwise, people will DIE. It's good to know how hardcore/serious people take it, because it's possibly the best sport in the world.

If it was actually like it is in the video it would be cool but sadly its just a bunch of pussies that weren't cut out for sports... They need to make a hardcore quidditch complete with stiff arms and tackling

@Thisistheman91 Thing is it's exactly like this... Those are 2 real quidditch teams. It may be dramatized with mud, dramatic cuts, and music, but that is exactly how the game goes, and it's already a full-contact, tackle sport. I believe 3 people were taken off in ambulances from the Quidditch World Cup this past November-- it's already pretty damn hardcore. You'd have to really see it (and see it done right) to believe it.

@AnanaMango Trust me, this was beyond dramatized (I was there, black chick in the blue war paint at 1:21 ), but real quidditch games are so freaking brutal, you would never think it from a bunch of HP 'nerds'. I remember seeing WAY more than 3 people on stretchers-there was one girl at the world cup that got hurt before the medics got there, they needed to send her off in a TAXI! Go find some videos of real quidditch ad you'll see how awesome it is.

@Nylota I realize it was dramatized, but it's accurate. Physically it's just as hardcore as the video portrays, what I meant was that the only inaccuracy is quidditch games are not commonly accompanied by dramatic angles, music, and mud (though the mud is a bit more common). And yes, dear, I recognized you, we've played you on multiple occasions. :P I was only aware of 3 people taken away in the ambulances (obviously that doesn't include those taken away in taxis...), and I figured better to...

After they finish with all Harry Potter's movies it would be cool if they made a movie just about Quidditch, not with Harry or the normal characters but kind of a movie about the sport, a bit like that movie "Goal!" but instead of soccer they use Quidditch and show matches... Maybe a bit of the life of the players like "Goal!" does... It would be nice for the Quidditch fans!
