THESE DRILLS ARE NOT FOR BEGINNERS! get your leg muscles strong and balanced and loose. if you're weak, i guarantee that youll get jumpers knee if you do that. and it sucks. very good video man.

These drills are also fantastic for martial arts. In fact, basketball is one of the best activities you can do to help your martial arts. It enhances your agility, footwork, softness so you aren't too rigid, overall coordination, and reaction speed. I think I'll use some of these drills.

Yes. The speed ladders do increase your foot speed. you will be surprise how quick you will become. The platforms will definitely help with your vertical jump. It would be best to use the equipment on a hard surface with hard bottom shoes without cushion. Hope this helps. Thanks for the comment!

Tips---
mantain a more athletic stance (butt down knees as close to a 90 degree angle as possible)
keep arms pumping up and down
