Not everyone does their jobs correctly. There are a lot of people who call themselves "animal lovers" and still abuse them. It's happened to my pets often when they were getting groomed. Somehow these "animal lovers" ended up cutting my pets' skin instead of their hair and then blamed it on the fact that they

"slipped." But my dogs acted weird when they got back. They didn't want to move from one spot. I don't trust anyone after that. So don't tell me about "animal lovers."

At least if something happens to the pet on this airline, they are more likely to know about it than something happening to an animal in the cargo hold of a 737!!

exactly, the pet owners trust that this airline would take great care of pets in flight, but bad weather and engine failure could always happen unexpectadly and uncontrollably therefore putting pets in danger. i am saying that i would rather not have pets flown on planes at all unless as carry-ons.

Besides, most pets have to travel in the cargo bay.
