The main problem I have with KFC, in general, is that they use unhealthy cooking oil and the sodium content is too high, and not with the good kind of salt...That being said, KFC is delicious and always will be, especially the original chicken.
I am willing to try the double down, but only once and only out of curiosity...I know it's delicious, because in all the reviews of the double down that I've watched, people complain about the high calorie, high sodium, high grease content but, equally so, they rave about the taste of the double down.
@garycalgary Funny that. When I tasted one here recently to compare, the Canadian version WAS a lot saltier. The US one was just an amazing flavor explosion.
There is a health chart floating around somewhere comparing all the big nasty burgers etc. Its actually not that bad when compared. Sadly, all fast food is bad for you.

I didn't know it came in a box like a gift!
I asked KFC and they REFUSED to bring it to Canada but changed their mind.
