i dont kno if u have a cvs drug store where ur located, but i was watching another womens blogs, and she says cvs has a store brand liquid vitamin, that actually doesnt taste bad. just thought id throw that out there... by the way i am starting my "journey" i have about one more month til my preop testing is done. i have found all these videos on here. most of them not so informational but you and one other person, give very good advice that i will indeed use. thank you.

No surgery date for me :( I have not lost my 10% - did you have to lose 10% before surgery? and how did you do it?

My insurance/surgeon didn't require a weight loss preop. I consider myself very lucky. Have you tried weight watchers? It is the only diet I ever really lost weight on (except starvation). Of course I put it all back on without my tool to help. I'm so sorry you didn't get a date. That sucks.

Loved the video! I am curious though, what is your daily diet now? I am 15 months post op and seen to be living on Starbucks with protien added, Wheat thins and cheese. What do you eat now? Thanks Jen, I really enjoy you're videos!

Wow, that is a serious small list of food in your diet. OUCH! I will be doing a video on my daily eating habits in this series, so watch for that. Your awesome! I have not used a blender bottle before. I use my bullet, but I am a ways out...so air and such are not a issue, plus I let it set for a while so the air rises.....I like the idea...gonna have to check it out.

Thank you. We LOVE the blender bottle. I usually take my shakes to work, too. So I get a cup of ice and pour out a little at time, and am able to shake it up in between. take care - jenn

great video. i use the shaker bottle too. love them. as for the protein bullets i get them and use them when we travel. But latley ive been buying protein shakes indavidualy i get a case of shakes at coscos for 29.00 and they have 30 grams of protein in each shake. cant wait to see your other videos. your looking awesome girl.
