My parents said i did somthing like this D: calling out random names and screaming if someone is like hurting me/: then i ran downstairs and yell more scary shit. "there fucking robots are ganna get me hard!" i wish my parents never told me that... fml..
I've had night terrors for about 1 1/2 years and they have decreased now but when I had them I would feel my heart beating extremely fast and start breathing heavily and then I would not see anybody but had like a positive sense that someone was chasing my so I would run and hit walls and trip up stairs to find safety I'm only 11
Do you still have night terrors? Do you remember at all what you are seeing that scares you so bad? I'm doing research on Night Terrors and these videos are really helping!
i have already the same problem like you. im about to scare my girlfriend night over night, if you found a solution for our problem, please just post it!! there are psychological problems??
@ArthuriusRex - Do you know if Clonazepam is related to Tomazapam? I'm not sure of the spelling, for sure, but phonetically, that should be close! My wife is on Tomazapam for insomnia. Lately, I've had night terrors - wondering if my wife's Tomazapam might help me. I might talk to my doctor about that.
The same thing happens to me and I hate it. I will sometimes wake up in the middle of it and be like what the hell and I feel so stupid for screaming and jumping out of my bed. My family used to come running but they don't even come anymore. It's scary though. My last worse one was a man standing over my bed reaching for me and I tried to wake up and he kept coming at me. I was so scared it was so real. But it was only a "bad dream"
how do you scare her? My boyfriend started screaming at me, with his eyes open, after he gained consciousness he said he was sorry and that he didn't recognize because he was still a sleep. Did you ever do that?

AH! I'm exactly the same!
I'm 18 and I tend to see a person standing in my bedroom but they don't move.
My mother use to wake me up but now she just ignores it because she knows that it'll go in about a minute.
I feel really embarassed straight after it, sometimes makes me feel like crying.
Most of the time though, I just fall back to sleep after switching the light on, then back off.
