Very, very nice, well done! Almost as lovely as the original! Thank you for making this and sharing it with us. This is one of the most wonderful movies ever made in my opinion. Most of it is my love for horses, and my continual belief, and hope, of everlasting love. God Bless You.
this is from the horse whisperer movie with robert redford, filmed on his ranch on montana and utah border line, my favorite movie, and it reminds me of myself riding my horse
I don't usually make comments on Youtube, but just had to say you're a fantastic composer and also really know how to use these libraries! Often times the libraries can sound "thin" but you really know how to make them sound beautiful and rich; the perfect combination of real orchestration but attention to how synths work. I'm also a composer so I know how difficult it is to make these libraries work for your compositions, but you did it brilliantly. Bravo!
denny, I've listened to probably several hundred pieces created with Gold since it came out. I can't remember any (and there were some really good ones) that grabbed and held my attention like your score for "The Horse Whisperer" does. A very pleasant musical experience. Thanks for posting it. If you're on the EW/QL Forum, give me your username. If you're not there , please join. Look forward to much more from you.
Thanks (again) for your comment. How i made it? Well i don't read or write sheet music very well. (i can't hardly read it) So in this case i made the ideas while watching the movie. This really helped to find
a specific atmosphere. After creating enough ideas i started recording. (without a metronome)
Wauw, pretty great :-)
