  • too fast, not all the way down.. and try doing real reps.. not just doing 2-3 non stop.. that's barely gonna help

  • there is no such thing as too fast unless you're doing pushups for cosmetic reasons like a fag. if you are doing pushups for explosiveness and strength for sports then you should explode up as fast as possible. i agree though whats up with 2-3 nonstop, dude needs to do at least 30-50 straight.

  • @chrlzbrks if you call that an explosive push up then haha weak.. you'll get results eventually even if you do it wrong but proper form is obviously better and as doing inproper form takes longer during a workout, less testosterone is produced so do us all a favour and not chatting crap

  • @GrantDreyer this guys a bitch so he isnt very explosive, and i know when you do it slow like 3 sec up 3 sec down ur T levels will escalate as well as hgh. ive done pretty much every workout u can think of in every form and variation, but im not hating on anyone

  • You should stop when your all the way on the top, so you loose all your momentum that way your not using it to "cheat" and same with when u are on the bottom.

  • just cause i dont put fucking gay videos of my self on the internet doesnt mean i cant do push ups. Its pretty sad seeing all these ppl "workout" and all they try and do is show off how much they can do without even doing it proper. I bet if that guy did pushups slow and with proper form he wouldn't be able to make it past 10

  • hi mate,this in not sarcasm, ok? i want to ask you the proper form for a push up, i been doing it like this guy since i start working out, u know, how many seconds per push up and stuff.

  • @muayadict musclebuilding purposes 3 secondsup 3seconds on the way down.doing them at this pace better hits the whole range of musclefibers.i assume ur a fighter so i would go slow on the way down and explode up,but pause at the bottom. doing them likethis will give u good quickpunch.if u do not pause u are using elastic energy.this elascticenergy buildsup when u come down fast and go immediately,but u can do em like that aswell.but if u pause it transfers over to punchingwhen ur fist fires out

That woman isnt even doing pushups and the last guy is even more pathetic than the first.. and plus that guy with the ab roller.. WTF?!?!
