there is no such thing as too fast unless you're doing pushups for cosmetic reasons like a fag. if you are doing pushups for explosiveness and strength for sports then you should explode up as fast as possible. i agree though whats up with 2-3 nonstop, dude needs to do at least 30-50 straight.

@chrlzbrks if you call that an explosive push up then haha weak.. you'll get results eventually even if you do it wrong but proper form is obviously better and as doing inproper form takes longer during a workout, less testosterone is produced so do us all a favour and not chatting crap

You should stop when your all the way on the top, so you loose all your momentum that way your not using it to "cheat" and same with when u are on the bottom.
