"Underground River Abandoned Mine?" at 1:41 is the river at Site Hotel Bravo (only part in game with a boat)

"Prison?" at 1:45 is the Gulag (stone walls and rustic doors)

1:49 is Shepherd's chopper which Price shoots down.

1:58 has the cover soldier (possibly Roach, though I'm not sure) as he has the goggles and face mask.

2:07 may be the soldiers resurfacing from the President's room at Whiskey Hotel.

Shepherd wanted to be a war hero. He hired Makarov to frame the Americans, so the Russians would invade the US. He also knew how to defeat the Russians, using TF141. He would then frame Makarov and become a "War Hero"

If you've ever been to D.C. you'd see that it is BY FAR the least organized city in america with tons of circles and things like that, so if there were to be a fight there humvees would be virtually useless but i think its a nice reference scene to the war of 1812, when britain invaded and burned down Washington D.C.

Gekky, "Cain" is from the old bible story "Cain and Abel". They were Adam and Eve's son. The Lord asked Cain and Abel to make a sacrifice to him. Abel sacrificed his best lamb but Cain only Sacrificed some weeds from his field. GOd praises Abel and Cain, filled with jealousy, murdered hi, thus being the first man to kill another. so that's why he says Cain was the first man to strike down another.
