  • can anyone explain to me how to do the valley fold on the eyes

  • >.< too hard.with the folds. I confused myself even more after that

  • i didn't quite get the pivot fold, but okay!

  • very cool, ... but you're to fast

  • tried to do one so many times but just cant seem to be able to do it

  • @owlsforever1999 With a screen name like "Owlsforever" I can see why you've tried so hard! This is a great model, but you need previous experience with folding paper since it is an intermediate level model.

  • Thank you. It took me about 30 minutes to fold.

  • Great! I needed an hour but it was worth it, it is beautiful!

  • Thank you so much for posting! I followed this just now and made one not too badly! I love the design very much, thanks for you help! :)

  • soo cool

  • how dose he make the wing

  • hes fast

  • Very clear video. Slow enough to follow, always in focus. Thanks for labeling it as intermediate - to let beginners know it is not a beginning fold, yet with the wonderful instruction, and patience, a non folder should be able to create an owl. Remember, the first of a fold is usually not perfect. Thanks for posting.

  • I couldn´t make it. It was ok from one side but once I had to repeat it to the other it was frustrating!

  • This took my 45 minutes, but it was so worth it! XD

  • for attempting this on a post-it note, this didn't turn out do bad.

  • lets see if i cant make this AND a pine tree for Christmas Cheer for Adam Young

  • @happyfeet794 lol, i was thinking of what i wanted to learn to make...then i thought of owl city. that's the only reason i'm here.

  • i just wasted 9 mins and 38 secs of my life and 2 pieces of paper : (

  • Attention to make this you need some advanced skills i dont recomand this to beginer's

  • seems to hard............ but ill give it a try.or mabe not

  • i'm going to try this as soon as i get more origami paper, it looks like a really easy to follow video.

  • ... I couldn't do this... It took me an hour just to understand half of the video. (& my owl still didn't look right) sooo... I don't think origami is for me... But good video.

  • @NcHaley don't give up..

get a basic kit at the craft store.

As you get better then tackle the more complex ones.

    You'll find paper everywhere.

everything origami is a good start at borders.

    Micheals has paper and kits.

I make boxes out of paper bags from starbucks and trays from bags

from Trader Joe's, money origami is fun for tips at the restaurant.

If you were interested in origami ,start simple, make 10 or more of one thing

get a pile of note papers 3x3 and keep them in the bthrm in pocket...

  • I loved this owl; The instructer is wonderful and he makes easier so we can learn it.
