I live not far from there, and yes Methil is FULL of scum, I know as I have to deal with them on a daily basis. All it takes is one idiot like this then his family & friends show up etc and before you know it you've got an abscess on our society or in this case 'Methil'. It would be an advantage to future generations to evacuate the few decent people here and then without warning carpet bomb the whole town (with Napalm), call it quarantine and start again.
