Whether you are breaking up a fight, or creating a fight Do Not interfere with the Police.If you think your video is going to dissuade us from supporting our Police Dept., you definitely have some learning to do about HB and the local culture. 95% of the HB cops either grew up or live in the city. They take care of it.

I was there, saw it all. He apparently didn't like that his friend was being arrested and tried to interfere. He was screaming at the cops, and was clearly not sober. When they cuffed him he continued to put up a fight. That's why he was hog tied. Honestly I would have hog tied his ass too. If you can't act civilized in public, stay home.
I don't think it really matters. He was trying to break up a fight and was pulled off aggressively by many cops and because he was voicing his rights he got hogtied. He is a great man, trying to protect two people. I know for a fact he would do it again even if he had just meet you for the first time. It takes a big man with big balls to do that.

I'm pretty sure most witnesses recall this to be true. He had to be desperate to bite me like that.. and that bite is the only reason I'm pressing charges.

PLEASE!!!! These men did exactly what they were supposed to do!!!!! They handled the situation with RESPECT and PROFESSIONALISM. These two knuckleheads were public nuisances and deserved to be taken off the street. Give me a break, the police officers were protecting and serving the community in a great way.
Sad indeed, good job pulling out the phone. You may have saved that guy from actual harm. They had him hogtied which is illegal for LEO's to do anymore because of the likelyhood of positional asphyxiation(SP?) especially in that heat. I noticed they saw the cameras and untied the vertical strap to his wrists so at least he could breath correctly. Anytime and I mean anytime you see cops hogtie someone tape it and start screaming about it it is illegal in any state for them to do so.
@Ssgtremy You sir or mam have no clue as to what your talking, typical of a monday morning quarter back. maximum restraining is very legal. When you maximum restrain a person, when being transported to HQ or jail, has to be rolled onto his side and monitored. The officers did not untie the ankle straps because of the video taping, they did that because it was a single officer car and the officer could not monitor the prisoner properly if he stayed in the maximum restraint. buy a brain idiot
