I'm sorry 2 hear u went through this. i oded on bottles of benzos one...i really think society should av more forms of help for people with anxiety. no one should suffer like this.
I never could attend high school, it was so severe, but I study much bigger books then that, in their entirety, because its all I can do thanks to this nice Invisible wall inside my head, which cannot be drunken away.
I think about suicide everyday. I've had SA for a long time. I do love to read though, but its still sad that I have to confined to a book because I have no friends.
this disorder is absolutely terrible ey dude...so bad that it makes you want to die, or even forces you to try and die even though you dont want to, it seems the only way to find peace or escape from the pain and brokenheartedness that SA inflicts...

yes. I have such low motivation to study and read books as well. the info is interesting, its just that I am very fickle and need to entertain myself, stimulate the mind allot.& i think most people feel the same way, so yeah your not alone with that for sure!

Oh, and about the pills, I was supposed to be dead the amount of pills I took, My doctor was amazed I am still living.

anxiety definately makes reading a hard job at times...my mind just wont concentrate or register or it psyches me out somehow...
