peaugh, is 5 7, American and could dunk. Wtf you mean white guys can't dunk? It's just about the training folks do to get their own vertical leap to be high enough to dunk. For me, I just used the professional jump program over at 50inch vertical[dot]com

Why is the waist rotated twice?

Definitely got an OptimusPrime/(Movie)Ironhide kind of vibe to him.

It's rotated in two different places. One rotation to plug in the waist to the torso, and a rotation just below that to bring the legs facing the correct way.
