time, in itself does not exist.. it is in essence simply a measurement of the movement of objects given a specific point of reference. ie the motion of the earth around the sun, divided into years months days hours seconds.. it's like saying a "metre" exists.. it doesn't, it's a man made frame of reference

Time is only a 3D process.

Never ever something stands still and only "time" is moving.

The solar system inside the galaxy.

The galaxy through the universe.

If something seems to "stand still" it`s still moving somewhere inside the 3dim.spectrum.

To travel back in time would mean the need to recombine every atom of the universe to the position it once was in.

Therefore you can`t meet yourself in the past because the atoms you`re made of would exist twice.

Yes, but quantum physics says a single atom can exist in more than one place (past, present, future, dimension) at a time. This is the basis for multiple dimensions and time travel.
