This is an aside, but may be relevant.

Here in America, among the "legal" residents here, we are all 5 personal acquantances (sp)away from each other. That translates to someone you know knows someone who knows someone who know someone who knows the person targeted in a survey. This will probably be way over most libs heads. Six weeks prior, he did asked his brother if he had any financial interest in Black Water, and was told no. Being on the advisory board, was a recent development. When he found out during the break, he recused himself from any further investigations.
