place your burger directly onto the grill???? omg r u crazy i thought you put a mesh above the grill and put it on that... NOW I KNOW AND KNOWING IS HALF THE BATTLE
@yomamasofat1237283 I actually don't like using mesh or foil when I grill burgers. I like putting it right over the fire and having the meat slightly moist,so they get good grill marks. After I do that then I just move them off the fire. I only have charcoal or the burner on for one side of the grill
