  • older clip~~I much improved

  • Lol congrats. But how much do you bench?! Haha tell me at least 335 please

  • @badfight1 well @ age 61 I did just shy of 250 with ease and on the eve of my 61st bday I cheat curled 161~~back @ age 44 I use to throw up 275 like a paperweight lol

  • what the FUCK just happened............ did that seriously jus...I dont even...wat is.... contemplating suicide

  • @DistortedBrain I think The Samaritans might be able talk you off the ledge guy~~uh, keep current~~this was 3 yrs ago~~I do more now~I curled 161 ( standing cheat ) the day before my 61st birthday!

  • @fastandrea All I have to say. You're doing it wrong

  • @DistortedBrain I know full well they're not strict~~I did all that, bodybuilding, multi sets, years ago~~just testing strength levels~as I say I improved vastly after those old vids~~nothing to prove @ 61~~been there, done that : )

  • @fastandrea I mean, congrats in your old age and strong. But that seated barebell curl was not proper form. And theres no way thats 135lbs. that bar has to be 18 lbs

  • Oh, you can count on it being 135~we don't lie & can count plates~~plus there's a scale handy lol

  • @DistortedBrain All you have to do is go to my main page & you can clearly see me curling 161~~why would I have trouble with 135???

  • i have a 7ft exercise bar that weighs 29.7 lbs.i have weighed it.the 6 ft bar weighs 20.3 lbs.my olympic bar weighs 45.8 lbs with no collars on it.i can cheat curl well over 200 and strict curl 185 for 2 reps.i am well past 50 and weigh 182 lbs

  • I seriously doubt that bar is 25lbs, I'd say more like 10 or 15. That bar is standard and maybe 5ft. A 7ft Oly bar is only 45. Trust me, I also use standard weights. My 7 foot solid standard bar is only 17.5lbs and is much longer then this one.

Regardless it's cool to see how far you have come since this vid, nice work man!

  • that was definitely a 25 lb bar ( York ) I've been using those since I was 15! ( see my recent vid I put up tonite of me doing 150 x 2--I weighed that on a scale )

  • @TheOpenSight The size of the bar does not determine the weight of the bar.

  • I sure hope I can do that when I hit 58 man! Great strength...

    5 stars.

  • thanx I was tired from a big work day--I have improved quite a bit since then

  • what the hell was that?

  • hi how many sets n reps for this curl

  • dont recall--have improved a lot since-check my most recent

  • thats not 135!

  • oh contrare--beg to differ--two 25 lb plates with a 25 lb bar= 75 plus six 10 lb plates=135! ( just freeze-frame it & do the math before you are so quick to judge-I've done 150+ )

  • DO 10!!!

  • I use to be able to; give me a little time & I'll see if my 58 yr old body still has it in it-lol!

  • I am glad you added a new video . . you just need to incorporate some music.

  • HA HA good for you Glen.

  • Glen at least do some damn situps before you start posing!

  • Lol--Ha, actually I had dropped from 199 to 189 there--so I was happy to be back in 36" pants again!

  • Thanx Alex; Trying for a leaner-harder version of me; closer to 1987 as I can get @ 58!
