@walking1way No, maybe about a third. Those things are brutal.

@walking1way If it was completely full of water, the point would be lost. The idea is that the water can move from one end to the other if it gets tilted -- forcing you to work very hard to keep it balanced. If it was completely full, it would just be heavy, but just like a heavy barbell. It would not be hard to balance.
