@thealphamassie You;re quite wrong. BBC wouldn't do this sort of faux Jane Austen fantasy. This is ITV production.

@thealphamassie It may have been shown on BBc but it stands as drama fr ITV network. Google it. BBC had something called Miss Austen regrets I believe.

@thealphamassie nothing to apologise for. BBC has produced many quality Jane Austen adaptations and I want to believe they would never resort to this kind of silly fantasy, which, however, may probably be watched as a parody.
