nirnroot. thers another really bizzare noise that happens sporadically for me

Man, was wondering what it was too! Then picked up a Nirnroot plant and the sound stopped!...

Nirnroot, there's a small glowing green plant you can pick near that spot, the louder the sound the closer you are. They glow in the dark too, makes them easier to find at night. HTH :)
