so what did you do with all the hoses and vacuum lines i finally got my air box out and there are many lines that go all over the place

blocked them off with filter for the valve cover vents. used caps on some of the throttle body ones, then tied the plenum, blow off valve, fuel pressure reg., and waste actuator together. dont forget i asi blockoff plates too.

well i made an intake plenum that would fit under the tank and between the frame rails then cut in two throttle body pipes and tied them on to the throttle bodies with rubber gaskets. its made out of thick sheet metal and just sqaure.

is the motor stock? and how did you set up the oil for the turbo? i have a an 07 and putting a turbo on it and was concerned if stock motor could handle it. and was using an elec. oil pump and seperate tank to keep oil system isolated from engine, in case turbo explodes it wont take the motor with it.

my motor is stock. i got oil from one of the oil lines that go from one case to the other. and tapped my return line into my altinator case cover. if you turbo blows on the lubrication side you would only get brass shavings in the case no chunks. if the turbo blows on the compressor side you will blow your motor up. my bike has handled 14-15psi of boost for 1000 miles now and im not easy on it.

thanks, yes it does interfere but not too much i put my foot on the edge of the peg. i could run an intercooler but i choose not to because i was trying to go with a chopperish sleek look.

thanks, it gets pretty hot, and it will burn your leg, but you have sacrifice some comfort for looks.
