There is no possibilty of loyalty being renewed now, my Beloved

How can one remind you of your pledges, my Beloved

I saw the way the weather took a turn and reminisced

How quickly people change, my Beloved

You granted me life, thus I bestowed it to you

However I spent it, its through your grace, my Beloved

What can I say of my heart? It is foolish, my Beloved

Try to remember the intoxication of blossoming love

Even sober, your visage seemed like a Rosary, my Beloved

In it's extremity I no longer possess my senses

For an Aeon it is thus, neither expectation nor hope

My hearts just cries, Beloved O Beloved

How naive was I to believe that

zindagi Tu(GOD)ne ata(given) ki thi isliay terey hi naam kar di hai

hum nay jaisay bhi is ko guzaara Tera ahsaan hai (no complains but still thank to God for atleast providing the life no matter how difficult)

magar dil ka kaya yah to nadaan (unwise) hai

piye(drink) baghair bhi tera chahra khila rahta tha (always fresh n high )

aisa kiay hoa rage meena main bardash nahin rahi ya rage jaan main

buht arsay say yah haalat hai kay na koi tawaqu hai na hi koi umeed

dil sirf janaan janaan hi pukarta (call) jaata hai

koi ghutnun main sar diye baitha hai koi graibaan pakar raha hai

har koi apni aawaz say darjaata hai har koi apnay hi saaye say khofzada hai

jaisay poora shehr jail main band ho

hum bhi kitnay saada thay kay hum yah samjhtay thay

kay pyaar ka gham zamaanay kay gham say mukhtalif hai

is liay hum nay kabhi judai ka mausam daikha hi nahin tha

jab hosh aaya to sab kuch bikhr gaya tha

What makes me soo sad is, that unlike previous times, when some great shair left, there were others to fill in the gap.

But nowadays when such a great poet leaves us, there unfortunately is no such 'hoaslaa' (consolation) left behind for the admirers of the souls (poets) of the 'Queen of languages' Urdu.

Faraz Sahib, I can just thank you for the beautyful world of words, which you arranged in your unique style taking us into a world of pure bliss.
