Actually gailey was known he's brought alot of struggling offenses back like Dallas and pittsburgh and even the dolphins when he was with those teams im not saying the guy did bad the girl did do bad
Gailey has had a good background, like Justin says, and does have a decent resume of winning, but Nakia has a good point also in that Gailey was virtually unknown until he was hired and if he is such a great coach, why wasn't he coaching in the NFL in the last 10 years, like Sean mentioned. I like the fact that Gailey is a straight shooter, but we'll see how the team does this year, it's all conjecture.
Dude that girl dosent wat the he'll she's talking about how could you be a analysts and not no shit about management coaches or even about former players and she said they have a good qb are u kidding me David Carr can play better than any of those qbs child please
im honestly tired of the bills being the laughing stock of the division, hopefuly Chan Gailey will bring an agressive, unconservative game play. And please god let us draft a QB 1st round
I think its clear that the Bills need to get a QB, RB without any character issues, a #2 WR, and offensive line, defensive line, maybe a OLB. I like the secondary though, but Byrd had about 6 of his INT's thrown right to him. He's not that great of a player and its gonna be shown this year. but yeah, the Bills need a lot and firing all the coaches at the end of the year is gonna scare all the players in free agency away.
@spikevamp6 That might be one of the worst draft strategies i have ever heard to helping the bills get better, Fitzpatrick didnt even play bad and he's still young, steve johnson and lee evans r obviously talented recievers and the bills just got c.j. spiller and still have jackson, so i dont know wut the fuck ur talking about, they desperately need to build the o line and d line....especially the o line, I'm a Packer fan and i know more about ur team than u do
I think Chan will do horribly in the same division as the Dolphins and Jets. and btw, its not Norv Turner's fault for why Chargers don't win. Sure they have great players, but they don't have great chemistry. I remember there was a time the Chargers went 14-2 and lost in the playoffs when Marty was the coach, not Norv. The entire Bills team is in disaray. They've got nothing. The only thing that is a little satisfying is the secondary, but Byrd shouldn't have gotten that many INT's last year.
