@yoga2eka hey my friend, cool to meet up with you again, thanks and btw happy new year, did you do an entry too? - will check that now :) take care bro and keep rockin'!!!
Hi Nobby , i like your Benton , seems to be a really good guitar for the price , some nice idea and lick , for me there's too much effect here but it's just my personal taste , keep rockin' !!!
@vincibluesky1 I will do my friend, keep rockin' too, take care! guitar is just for travel when I'm in the US as I put it into pieces and carry it in my checked baggage which I would never do with my real babies (LOL) - it's an okay guitar but no way to compare it to my real studio-stuff, but always nice to learn on a hard fretboard and sound that doesn't give you right away what you want it's good practice, take care!
@OlleElander hey thanks, tell me more about you and your playing and ideas then I can tell you if I would recommend that particular guitar for you - see in the posts - I bought it as it's not a big deal if it gets broke on my travels to the US, I put it into my checked baggage, it's a okay guitar but not like the stuff I have in my studio, just for travel, just write me on the inside and ask me whatever you want, take care keep rockin' and Thanks!!!
Good playing on that thing...I started playing on a very similar guitar and didn't know better until I got my first really good guitar and it was an eye-opener :)
THX!!! yeah, it's a huge difference I know. Somehow I don't know why? My Jackson and Hohner that I usually play feel so soft and easy to play and I tried to setup the Benton the same way, but that thing still feels like a tractor. But I like that here and there as it's good practice. I think it's the dynamic of an instrument and not the setup, so a good guitar needs less power and has way more brilliance to get the stuff out so we play it different with more control etc. I think?
@biggel05 It's really not my favorite guitar either - lol - just for travel when I'm in the US (I miss my studio stuff) - I changed some stuff on the Benton now and it works okay, Tremolo I don't need, so that is fixed. Neck is a bit too thick. My biggest problem is the shape (hard edge not rounded) where you usually rest your right arm. Maybe I put new pickups in one day - right now I boost it with the ME-25 as the pickups are really not powerful.
does anybody hear that this song is made with a 150dollars guitar??;);)
FOR SURE NOT.....TAKE CARE A LEARN TO PLAY
