The video is cool. The exercise is good and would be a great help for beginners like me in body building. I do a workout plan that I used to follow I get it from a site and its FREE. I thought I could share it to you guys. The plan focuses on gaining lean muscle and helps you achieve a lean muscular look. Youtube won't allow me to post the link but you can check it on my profile.
well WTF, he BETTER be ripped, he is a professional trainer for pete's sake! he sells fitness DVDs, etc. on his fitness website.
I'm almost 50 and finally working off several decades of beer belly, and I'm NOT a professional paid trainer (I have a real job), now THAT's an accomplishment!
i am 14 years old and i want to start develop muscle, but is it suitable for me cos i heard that if u start too early,u can't grow taller anymore (sorry for my bad english)

I've been on hiatus... I started a Fitness training business and I am so busy I have not had the time to do the free videos on YT. I plan to do some more soon as things settle down a bit.
Hey this is a damn good video. I just subscribed to your channel here. I'm very inspired by this video and will take a look at the others. Hope you're still making them. I create my own on the same topic as a form of self-motivation. Oh yeah and thanks for the new exercise too man. I'll be adding that to both my back and ab routines.
Worthless comment, YouTube needs a drunk filter. Do you how much I work my legs each week? What exercises I do? No, you don't. I do enough leg work to make a guy like you puke. FYI, my biceps are proportionate to my calves - that's called symmetry. I'm 6 feet tall with a thin body type, not gifted with gaining muscle easy. I've been featured in several mens fitness magazines over the years. How many magazines have paid you to take photographs of your body to publish in their magazine? ZERO.
You need to have a slight (natural) arch in your back when bending over for any "bent over" exercise you perform. Keeping the back too straight when bending over can actually be detrimental. You are right that you must be careful when doing a movement like this, always work with weights you are comfortable with. I have significant core & back strength from years of training and have never pulled or injured my back from doing this move.
Great figure, however you're definately on HRT (hormone replacement therapy) or a combination of sorts. Doesn't matter to me though, you should write a "supp" line-up though, rock on man!
Hmnnnnnn, not at all, i guess you missed the opening and closing thoughts. Let me help you get through this english crisis...Great figure....rock on man! I know cause i have one ; )
I'm going to use that one in my workout this afternoon. I am a 37 year old competitive grappler and I try to do a lot of these explosive core-twisting exercises.
Eat 5-6 smaller meals a day with protein. Eat within 2-3 hours of waking. Try to eat a meal or snack every 2-3 hours throughout your day. This will increase your metabolism greatly. In school it's a little difficult to eat every 2-3 hrs. Save one of your snacks for pre-workout (15 - 60 min before) and have another snack (with protein and simple sugar like juice or milk)immediately or within 15 mins afterward. The 2 snacks pre and post workout are very important as is eating every 2-3 hours. :-)
I posted a great abs routine for you to follow on my blog, address is my username plus the dotcom for the web address. Blog address is in my video too... This abs workout has really made my abs "pop". It only takes 15 mins, 3x per week. This workout plus eating clean will rip your abs! :-)
Hi Volim23, thank you for your comment. Since you're 14, you still have growing to do. Basic weight training will help with sports performance & to get thicker and cut. Definition comes from increased exercise activity & clean eating. The quickest way to get ripped is to do INTERVAL training combined with good eating. Wind sprints are great.
Do sprints 2-3 times/week for 20 minutes each session. Sprint 30 seconds then Rest 2-3 min. It burns fat better/longer than moderate/low intensity jogging.
Thanks for the feedback and compliment! Yes, all exercises should be performed using a starting weight you're comfortable with. Once your body has adapted to that training load, you can make an incremental increase in weight. TIP: the average person adapts to a training load in about 2 weeks. This assumes your training regularly, eating right and recuperating from your training. Tip: Never train more than 2 days in a row. You'll kill your gains.
