Assertiveness is the cure to SA.. I took a course on assertiveness, and I was healed in a week. I'm a new person.

@boricua4068 what coursedid you take? I would like to take it and be a new, fully healed person in a week. And I do believe assertiveness is a large part of it. Communicating boundaries clearly makes the world a safe place for the person and that greatly eases social anxiety. If you would be so kind, I would love to know more about this course. Also, you could probably help a lot of people with your experience and info. thanks. :)

- step 2: throw away your cell phone

- step 3: find a way to earn a small money per month with minimum effort

For me it was sort of a break-through, yes. This might not be complete & make everything improved, but it made a noticeable difference in my behavior for the better.
