Thanks, mostly want slomo/high speed video but want high zoom and good pics too... Which do u prefer fc100 or fh100? I had fc150 but the flash didn't work so I retuned it, liked it other than not being able to use the flash but thought 10x zoom might be cool, is it?
How is the image quality at 1000fps? and how long do the batteries last?

I've had both. The FH100 will take better photos, but it lacks in Macro. Everything else is better though.

Yes I really like it. I would only recommend getting a canon over this if you don't plan to use the high speed features.

Yes there is an auto mode. I tend to use more manual settings a lot though.
