Rod Stewart was not a member of the band, he was brought in to work with them on a few songs, thus he is featured as a guest vocalist on this song.

It is not a Rod Stewart song.

It was written by Dave Bentley, the original vocalist for Python Lee Jackson.

Wasn't this weeks if not months before Rod Joined the FAces? Wasn't he in the Jeff Beck group at this point? Who was the guitarist and Basist? Surely the bassist for this would've been better in the Faces than what Ronnie Lane was to be? Why, oh, Why didn't Rod continue working with this lot while he was a Face? That would've been cool.
