Playmates always added off the screen features and additions to their toys for added play value I guess. Same with the decals which I hate now unless it was show on screen.

I remember the play set, i think one of my brothers or me had asked for that when we were kids. Looked pretty cool an we did have the figures, i think i've got 3 out of the 4 turtles left an not sure what happened to the other vehicles or figures?
