Thank goodness Cate Blanchett is intelligent and has a deep knowledge of what it means to act, and the essential differences between play and film, because Charlie Rose comes across as extremely ignorant. This interview would have flopped with a less articulate and engaging interviewee.

She's way more intelligent than the interviewer, she has led him by her responses into so many areas that are far more interesting than he's prepared for

Geezus he is so lucky to get these genius artists for interview (aka lucky to have a really good producer!!!). His DAMN IRRITATING interruptions and mispronunciations are the equivalent to being in hell. AH!
Charlie, LET THEM SPEAK AND FINISH A THOUGHT! STOP CUTTING THEM OFF! They are so much more interesting than you!
