MARTA in atlanta is scary as hell. my first time riding them was a few days ago (im only 15) and i had just got on and some homeless man pretty much forced money out of my pocket. soooo scary. and then the stations are filled with homeless scary people...
True but ever since that Red-Line incident they've been much slower and arrive irregularly. Plus, there are no express trains, and the train system itself only has 5 lines with inconsistent names - ie Woodley Park Zoo is nowhere near Adams Morgan same with Tenleytown being close to American University. But then again I have lived their my whole life, so I could just be hating on it.

Pray the driver is paying attention. City government agencies have some huge problems. Great place to visit, but no fun living there.

i live in dc and ride the metro trains all the time and ive also road the ones in NYC and the ones here in dc are cleaner,newer.
