Both are actually stratos.

If you google up the name you'll see "Tagima Fender Memphis Stratocaster MG32". Sometimes they just screw up with the "Fender" or "Memphis"

Personaly, brother, my favorit guitar is a stagg stratocaster beginers guitar and i'll think you'll find im nearly profetional. I have an Epiphone les Paul Jr 57. I prefer the Stagg! It's like couloring in a picture with a broken pen and the ink goes everywere and its easyer and faster!
